We are a registered LEGO store with VAT ID DK 32036481, all parcels (NO EXCEPTIONS) outside the EU will have your invoice attached to the parcel. If any customs or TAX are required YOU are responsibel for this. If you have a valid EU VAT no. we can sell you without VAT.

All our sets have been purchased directly from LEGO in Denmark. Most items are stored in their original outer transportation boxes.

We do NOT offer deboxing of sets. To make sure that invoice attached to parcel is correct deboxing is not possible.

All orders will be shipped with the Danish Postal Service as Airmail Parcel Post.

Approximate shipping time is 2-5 days within European Union and 6-14 days to your customs if outside European Union.

We ship only to delivery adress stated in PayPal payment, make sure it it correct.

Shipping fees depends on size, weight and destination of order. 

Shipping cost includes all packing materials and the weight of these.

We are not responsible for orders once they have been submitted for shipment to the post office.

All shipping costs stated includes insurance.

Insurance covers only lost parcels.

Insurance does not cover damaged parcels. We are not responsible for damaged parcels. Your local postoffice is responsible of that. If your postal service has a parcel for you that is damaged you will have to file a complaint with them.

We can accept Payment with IBAN but only if agreed before ordering.
